How we handle information you share with Synveta.

Scope

This policy applies to the public Synveta website, contact enquiries and the Linker early-access waitlist. Synveta is a business name used for this website and the Linker project, currently operated from Gujarat, India. Linker is still in development and is not yet generally available as a production SaaS service. Product-specific privacy terms will be published before production customer data is accepted into Linker.

Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, work email, company name and any workflow or use-case information you choose to submit through the waitlist, contact form or email.

Technical information: hosting and security systems may receive ordinary request data such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and timestamps. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may also collect usage information as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use information

• To respond to messages and requests.
• To manage the Linker waitlist and contact people who asked for early-access updates.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website.
• To understand aggregate website usage when analytics consent has been given.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations or protect the website and our rights.

We do not sell personal information or use waitlist/contact details for third-party advertising.

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics is optional on this site. Its script is not loaded until you choose to allow analytics. You can later change that choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Service providers

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the website. Our current public list is on the Subprocessors page. Providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

International processing

Synveta operates from Gujarat, India. Some website service providers are headquartered or operate infrastructure outside India, so technical or analytics information may be processed in other countries. Where applicable law requires particular safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate measures made available by the relevant provider or change the processing arrangement.

Retention

We keep contact and waitlist information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate business records, or applicable legal requirements. You can ask us to delete waitlist or contact information by emailing synveta@proton.me. We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes or document a completed request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to this public website and the information it currently collects. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our Security page distinguishes current website practices from controls planned for the Linker product.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also unsubscribe from Linker early-access communications at any time.

To make a privacy request, email synveta@proton.me with enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where available, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection or privacy authority.

Children

This website and Linker early-access programme are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the waitlist.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, service providers or data practices change. The date above will be updated when the policy is revised. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
